Alex Ellman

Alex Ellman joined Meridian in 2021 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s New York City headquarters in the firm’s structured finance division. Mr. Ellman supports the origination for sourcing, structuring and underwriting commercial real estate financing transactions on behalf of owners, investors, and developers nationwide for asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality in locations across the country.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Ellman graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he received a Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Real Estate.
