AJ Bruno

Mr. Bruno joined Meridian in 2022 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s New York City office. He is responsible for a broad array of transaction types including new construction, redevelopments, and value-add investments, with a focus on institutional quality real estate located across the United States.

 

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Bruno was a Senior Real Estate Analyst at First Citizens Bank where he focused on the origination of balance sheet loans that ranged from $20-$50 million in proceeds. 

 

Over the course of his career, Mr. Bruno has closed more than $1 billion in financing covering Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial and other property types across the United States.

 

Mr. Bruno holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana’s Kelley School of Business.
