Ralph
Herzka has served as President and Chief Executive Officer
since the company's inception. He has been the driving force
in the firm's overall growth and successful expansion into
new markets. Mr. Herzka has been in the real estate finance
business for more than two decades and has personally negotiated
in excess of $10 billion in real estate transactions. He has
established strong relationships with leaders on Wall Street
and within the banking and life insurance industries.

Alan Fishman, Chairman, joined Meridian in 2007. Working in conjunction with the company’s management team, he helps develop corporate strategy, research viable financing options, and expand the firm’s capabilities. Having devoted his entire career to the financial services industry, Mr. Fishman was previously President and COO of Sovereign Bank, the 16th largest banking institution in the United States. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Independence Community Bank. |

Howard
J. Zuckerman
serves as Meridian’s Co-Chairman and has been with the company since its inception. Mr. Zuckerman oversees the company's corporate, legal and administrative operations. He has more than two decades of real estate industry experience with an extensive background in real estate finance, including commercial office buildings and upscale shopping centers. |

Aaron
Birnbaum,
founding member of the group and Executive Vice President, spearheads
the firm's Capital Markets Division and maintains a strategic
role in guiding Meridian's continued growth. Under his leadership,
the
Capital Markets team has
closed more than 3 billion dollars of Wall Street conduit
transactions, with loans ranging from $5 million to more than
$1 billion. In addition, Mr. Birnbaum takes a leadership
role in managing relationships with a broad array of multifamily
and commercial property owners.

Jeff
Weinberg, founding member
of the group and Executive Vice President, specializes
in the New York multifamily market and has facilitated the
closings
of all types of real estate transactions. Mr. Weinberg also
oversees the firm's broker training program. He has been instrumental
in Meridian's emergence as an industry leader. |

Avi
Weinstock joined Meridian in 1992 and is currently an Executive
Vice President. He administers the firm's relationships with
numerous banks, acting as liaison between the firm's brokerage
staff and these lenders. Mr. Weinstock specializes in multifamily
lending and has helped facilitate many of the transactions originated
by the firm's mortgage brokers. |
