Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $16,700,000 on a six-story multifamily building on Spencer Street in Brooklyn, NY. The loan features a rate of 3.93% and a seven-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Jacob Schmuckler and Zev Karpel.
