MERIDIAN CAPITAL GROUP ARRANGES FINANCING
FOR STOCKBRIDGE, GA MULTIFAMILY PROPERTY
Stockbridge, GA - Meridian Capital Group recently arranged $6,720,000 in financing for the Winnstead Apartments. The property consists of 17 buildings totaling 160 units and is located at 3110 Mount Zion Road. Israel Schubert of Meridian’s New Jersey office negotiated on behalf of the borrower, The Embassy Group, to secure a rate of 5.50% over a 7-year fixed term.
