SECURES FINANCING FOR CONSTRUCTION LOAN IN NEW JERSEY
Hackensack, NJ - Meridian
Capital Group has recently secured $14,300,000 for the construction
of The Ambiance at Hackensack, a 5-story, 54-unit condo apartment
building located at 54 Polifly Road. Abe Katz & Shimon Weiner
of Meridian’s New Jersey office negotiated an ultra competitive
LIBOR based construction loan.
As with many cities in close proximity to New York City, Hackensack
is experiencing a shift in demographics and property values. The
Ambience at Hackensack will be an upscale building built by one
of the top home and apartment developers in New Jersey.
Founded in 1991, Meridian Capital Group LLC is one of the nation’s
largest mortgage brokers serving the multifamily and commercial
real estate sectors. The company is based in New York City with
additional offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland Illinois,
