Meridian’s Senior Housing and Healthcare Team Arranges Over $1 Billion in Financing in Year-To-Date 2018

Meridian Capital Group’s senior housing and healthcare team has arranged over $1 billion in financing for a combination of skilled nursing, independent living, assisted living, and CCRC properties through more than 40 transactions across 16 states in 2018 thus far.

Led by Managing Directors, Ari Adlerstein and Ari Dobkin, and Vice President, Josh Simpson, Meridian’s senior housing and healthcare platform has closed more than $5 billion in financing since the team’s inception in 2011.

Recently, the team arranged $36.5 million in acquisition financing for a skilled nursing facility in Ohio totaling 724 beds and $36 million for the purchase of a skilled nursing and assisted living property consisting of 700 beds in Indiana.

The trio also arranged $24 million in acquisition financing for a portfolio of rehabilitation and long-term care properties in Kansas and Nebraska totaling 383 beds and $20 million in construction financing for an assisted living and memory care facility in Florida consisting of 124 beds.
